Strength and Conditioning:   Promotes broad and general overall physical fitness by combining weightlifting, sprinting, and gymnastics.  Increase your muscle endurance, enhance your strength, and take your cardio abilities to the next level.
Weight Training:  All athletes incorporate weights into their training regimen.  Students will have access to a variety of weight lifting equipment to target specific muscle groups and types of movement, to develop strength and muscle mass.
Personal Training:  This service is available to those who cannot attend scheduled classes or who prefer more individual instruction.

They are one of the best ways to start your day  

One of the best ways to start your day is to begin it with a workout bright and early in the morning. Scott's morning class gets you sweating and feeling good. His classes work you hard, using a mixture of cardio as well as strength training. I highly recommend this class as well as other classes he teaches. He is a great instructor and not only do you learn a lot, you sweat a lot!

They encourage me and motivate me to do better  

I have been a client of Scott’s since January 2014. Since starting with Scott, I have gained strength and improved my posture, while also losing over 15 pounds and 4 inches around my waist. I have been very impressed with Scott’s passion to help his clients, his knowledge, and his ability to connect. I have found him to be very attentive to my fitness needs, what my limits are, and how far he can push me. He encourages me and motivates me to do better, and yet he knows how much I am capable of.

I am lucky to be able to work out at Pound 4 Pound  

I have been a client of Scott's for over a year now. Not only do I meet with Scott for one on one sessions I also take part of his weekly fitness classes. Since starting with Scott I have lost over 60 pounds and and seen a significant increase in my strength and endurance. Every time I meet with Scott he challenges me to push myself harder and because of this I able to meet goals I never thought possible. I am lucky to be able to work with Scott and am truly grateful he is a part of my weight loss journey.

The training staff are great at P4P  

In my first month since joining P4P back on December 1st 2016, I have already lost 10lbs. The classes are awesome and have surpassed my expectations so far. The training staff are great, always providing feedback and areas of improvement. The overall gym atmosphere is positive where you feel welcome regardless of skill level.

Kru Saji and Kru Ritch are great coaches  

I have been training here since they opened. Kru Saji and Kru Ritch are great coaches who will help push you past your limits to achieve your fitness or fighting goals. Their students have been transformed into elite athletes who also help train new students with the same intensity and determination.
