A terrific gym for fitness and muay thai and jiujitsu instruction. Martial arts at it's best.
I can't say enough about P4P. This gym is top notch , with amazing , highly trained coaches to ace up your game / training.
My 8 yr. old son had been in jiu jitsu for 2 years now and what an amazing transformation on him with confidence and personality and outlook and approach on things.
This is of course due to the "Polished" tutelage and training of Renshi O' Neill and Sensei Trixie and helping coaches, Kate, Jay , Coleen and Fred. Your
sincere concern and countless dedication for each of your little ninjas are obvious. This why P4P/Body of Four are in the top 5 for best supporting school for competing warriors and they are the top in Ontario and recently in Buffalo , this gym won the most points .
The athletes are "Resolute". They respect all and fear none!
Went in with a few of my best friends, we were all very nervous but left the class feeling motivated. The instructors were very helpful and patient in helping us correct our techniques as we have never taken a muay thai class before. After our first class we signed up for a membership, highly recommend going in to a trial class, you will not be disappointed.
The time I spent working with the P4P instructors was probably the most productive I've been during 15 years of passive training in different disciplines. Being one on one allowed me to ask questions that I never felt comfortable asking in group settings. This allowed my knowledge of boxing, conditioning, and nutrition to expand exponentially. I highly recommend P4P for anyone looking to begin, or improve they're fitness lifestyle. Above all else, how cool is it to say you've trained with a pro fighter?
I am a 46 year old guy in ok shape but prior to meeting the P4P instructors l didn't know the difference between a straight punch and a hook. After boxing with the P4P Instructors for only a few months, I felt confident enough to step into the ring with a much younger and much bigger opponent who was really trying to lay a beating on me. I am happy to say with P4P's training I was able to hold my own. P4P instructors are very professional, knowledgeable but most of all patient. If you're looking to get your boxing game on, novice or experienced he is your man.
