At Pound 4 Pound MMA, we are very serious about our training methodology. Core fundamentals and proper technique are instilled and practiced thoroughly in order to provide students with a solid grasp of the material so that it can be used at high functionality in realistic situations. Proper postures and positioning are developed early in the students training, which cultivates a smooth transition game and prepares students for more advanced material. Techniques and principles are taught in a conceptual format, so that they can be grasped easier and made specific as students become more comfortable with the material.

I joined P4P on a recommendation from a friend and couldn't be happier with my decision The facility is great and the coaching staff are amazing. Whether you are training to fight or training for fitness, the instructors/coaches will work on your level. It's a very friendly environment and everyone is willing to help you out if you are having difficulty. They also have classes during the day, which a lot of other gyms don't. I have been sweating with P4P for almost two years. I do two 60 minute sessions per week, each one 30 minutes of strength and conditioning and 30 minutes of boxing. Working out with the P4P instructors has made me stronger, my cardio has gone way up and most importantly to me I have lost nearly 60lbs of fat. I reached my initial goal of 199lbs and I'm still losing more. The last time I was under 200lbs was 8-10 years ago! I truly enjoy my workouts with the P4P instructors no matter how hard they pushes me, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get in better shape.
