I didn't make it through my first fitness class at P4P. Out of shape, asthmatic, and generally ill, I was the worst case scenario for a trainer. Fast forward and not only do I make it through my sessions, but I haven't used my inhaler in weeks. I feel better, stronger, and sleep better! Even in a "group" setting, P4P makes me feel like I have my own personal trainer. They tailor the workout to my abilities, but still push me beyond what I thought I could do. My class is at 6:30am, a time when most people are just waking up; however the motivation to get out of bed comes from knowing that I'm heading to session that is worth waking up for. Now I can't imagine NOT waking up for my class.
This is an incredible gym, a must try for people that want to get involved in MMA.
I am by no means a morning person, but the classes at P4P are worth getting out of bed early for! I have tried other gyms and countless fitness programs but quickly lost interest due to repetition and lack of results. P4P changes up each class to keep things interesting and give us new challenges. They are great trainers and provide the motivation I need to reach my fitness goals. Finally I can see and feel results.
All my life I have worked out the way most people have by running on the treadmill and lifting weights. I never knew what a real workout was until I came to P4P morning fitness classes. 2 minutes doesn't sound like a long time but you don't realize how long it is until you do 2 minutes on the heavy bag or jumping rope or weight lifting. You cover it all: cardio, strength, balance, hand eye coordination and improving your core muscles and breathing. This is the toughest and the best work out I have ever done in my life and the results are certainly starting to come in! I have only been attending the classes for approximately 8 weeks now and I have noticed an overall improvement in my energy level, endurance and strength. Even after two days I am still feeling it in my muscles which is a great motivating feeling. P4P gives great instructions and makes the gym a place you want to come to. I do not dread going to P4P like I did other gyms. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is fun and very encouraging. Knowing nothing about MMA or boxing/kickboxing when I first started, P4P has made me feel comfortable, confident and motivated. They are very personable and supportive towards everyone's individual needs. There is never a dull workout, which makes you want to keep coming back for more. I recommend P4P morning fitness at P4P to everyone! As a nurse I believe that your most important asset in life is your health. Taking the time out of your busy day to go for a workout with P4P is definitely an excellent way to lose weight and stay healthy. Thanks P4P!
Awesome gym hands down the best one around. The classes are amazing they keep you learning and push you to your limit. The facility is great there are areas for weight-lifting, boxing bags, a bjj room, & even a ring. The staff is very motivational & friendly they make you feel right at home. This place is great for anyone of all levels from beginner to experienced fighters. Give this place a chance I guarantee that you will not regret it.
