They are one of the best ways to start your day  

One of the best ways to start your day is to begin it with a workout bright and early in the morning. P4P's morning class gets you sweating and feeling good. P4P's classes work you hard, using a mixture of cardio as well as strength training. I highly recommend this class as well as other classes they teach. They are great instructors and not only do you learn a lot, you sweat a lot!

I have been at P4P for almost two years  

I have been sweating with P4P for almost two years. I do two 60 minute sessions per week, each one 30 minutes of strength and conditioning and 30 minutes of boxing. Working out with the P4P instructors has made me stronger, my cardio has gone way up and most importantly to me I have lost nearly 60lbs of fat. I reached my initial goal of 199lbs and I'm still losing more. The last time I was under 200lbs was 8-10 years ago! I truly enjoy my workouts with the P4P instructors no matter how hard they pushes me, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get in better shape.

Respect, dedication, and passion epitomizes the P4P team and the individually tailored focus in each person's development has enabled me to grow leaps and bounds as a fighter. The lessons they teach here transcends beyond Marital Arts and into day-to-day life and that to me, has been a truly humbling experience. The people are incredibly friendly and are equally committed in you as you are to yourself. It's certainly a unique and amazing experience! I'd definitely recommend the gym!

Since starting your classes, I have noticed a great increase in my strength, endurance and muscle tone.
