You will not be disappointed  

Went in with a few of my best friends, we were all very nervous but left the class feeling motivated. The instructors were very helpful and patient in helping us correct our techniques as we have never taken a muay thai class before. After our first class we signed up for a membership, highly recommend going in to a trial class, you will not be disappointed.

Hands down the best gym around the East Region  

Hands down the best gym around the East Region. Whether you are looking to get in shape or compete at a high level this gym has everything to offer

The Muay Thai classes lead by Kru Saj are very friendly and welcoming with no egos and everyone is just trying to help each other and improve daily making them hands down the best in town.
Kru Saj has a proven record of developing his Students to becoming both National and International Champions and many of them are now Coaches aswell in the gym helping to develop the next generation of champions.

The same applies to the BJJ classes lead by professor O’Neil, very friendly and welcoming with lots of veterans coaching the classes and assisting you in perfecting your skills and techniques. Professor O’Neil also has a excellent proven track record of developing his students into becoming both National and International Champions.

The strength and conditioning classes are awesome aswell no matter what level of shape you are in they will help you in achieving your fitness goals.

No matter what your goals are this club has something for everyone so I highly recommend going in and trying some of the classes out.

The training staff are great at P4P  

In my first month since joining P4P back on December 1st 2016, I have already lost 10lbs. The classes are awesome and have surpassed my expectations so far. The training staff are great, always providing feedback and areas of improvement. The overall gym atmosphere is positive where you feel welcome regardless of skill level.

I am pleased with my improved level of health and fitness  

I have been "Sweating with P4P" now since near the beginning of 2013 and have been extremely pleased with my improved level of health and fitness. I was fairly fit when I first came to P4P but felt "stalled" in my quest to take my fitness to the next level. The work-out routines that I have been doing on my own were no longer effective and I felt that I had stalled with regards to my weight-loss and fitness level. I was unsure of how to proceed with regards to the toning and sculpting of my body not to mention becoming bored with the exercises I had come up with on my own. P4P has solved all those dilemmas for me with knowledgeable instruction, introducing effective techniques and a personalized program designed specifically to suit my needs. It's a great relief to show up for my session knowing that the P4P instructors have already planned and effective workout for me and that they will keep tabs on my progress so my work out sessions will continue to be effective. I have chosen to do a work-out session that involves half strength-training and half boxing. I find the boxing, not only a lot of fun, but very physically and mentally challenging. It is an intense cardio work-out that still has my gasping for breath most times! The P4P instructors change up my personal training sessions to keep things interesting, keep my body guessing and to ensure I don't get bored. I am no longer stalled in my fitness goals and have definitely noticed an increase in the toning of my body, my fitness abilities and have dropped a few of those stubborn pounds! The P4P instructors have taught me the proper way to work out and strength train so I am confident I am doing my works out properly and effectively when I'm forced to work out on my own at home. I have found the P4P instructors to be extremely reliable, conscientious, knowledgeable, professional and serious about assisting their clients in achieving their fitness goals.
