The training staff are great at P4P  

In my first month since joining P4P back on December 1st 2016, I have already lost 10lbs. The classes are awesome and have surpassed my expectations so far. The training staff are great, always providing feedback and areas of improvement. The overall gym atmosphere is positive where you feel welcome regardless of skill level.

Feels like a community always looking for more additions to their extended family. The instructors will guide you as though they are providing you through a private session with an excellent eye for technique.
The students thrive off of the philosophy: "Each one, teach one."
Everyone grows together and everyone walks out feeling better than they did walking in.

The classes at P4P are worth getting out of bed early for  

I am by no means a morning person, but the classes at P4P are worth getting out of bed early for! I have tried other gyms and countless fitness programs but quickly lost interest due to repetition and lack of results. P4P changes up each class to keep things interesting and give us new challenges. They are great trainers and provide the motivation I need to reach my fitness goals. Finally I can see and feel results.

My wife and I started training with P4P in September 2012. I am over 50 and was never serious on working out (actually, I never worked out). My wife tried different programs with various degrees of results. During our first discussions at P4P, They made us feel that we can start, and improve our physical fitness. For me, I did not want to feel intimidated by my lack of physical ability at a large fitness centre. When we work out at P4P we feel none of that intimidation because everyone that goes there has the same focus to be fit. From the very first time we met the P4P instructors, they always made us feel that one step at a time, our physical health would improve. And so it has. P4P has helped me strengthen specific areas (ie: lower back) that used to give me pain, and now that pain does not exist!! My wife an I are extremely happy with his help and expertise. We would highly recommend P4P to anyone interested in improving their physical health, no matter what age!!

Thank you P4P for a great experience! I actually look forward to going to your classes! You are so motivating and have fantastic instructors! Since starting your classes, I have noticed a great increase in my strength, endurance and muscle tone. I am also more confident in my fitness abilities and look forward to trying something new each class. I am definitely in it for the long haul so keep up the great work!!
