All my life I have worked out the way most people have by running on the treadmill and lifting weights. I never knew what a real workout was until I came to P4P morning fitness classes. 2 minutes doesn't sound like a long time but you don't realize how long it is until you do 2 minutes on the heavy bag or jumping rope or weight lifting. You cover it all: cardio, strength, balance, hand eye coordination and improving your core muscles and breathing. This is the toughest and the best work out I have ever done in my life and the results are certainly starting to come in! I have only been attending the classes for approximately 8 weeks now and I have noticed an overall improvement in my energy level, endurance and strength. Even after two days I am still feeling it in my muscles which is a great motivating feeling. P4P gives great instructions and makes the gym a place you want to come to. I do not dread going to P4P like I did other gyms. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is fun and very encouraging. Knowing nothing about MMA or boxing/kickboxing when I first started, P4P has made me feel comfortable, confident and motivated. They are very personable and supportive towards everyone's individual needs. There is never a dull workout, which makes you want to keep coming back for more. I recommend P4P morning fitness at P4P to everyone! As a nurse I believe that your most important asset in life is your health. Taking the time out of your busy day to go for a workout with P4P is definitely an excellent way to lose weight and stay healthy. Thanks P4P!
Respect, dedication, and passion epitomizes the P4P team and the individually tailored focus in each person's development has enabled me to grow leaps and bounds as a fighter. The lessons they teach here transcends beyond Marital Arts and into day-to-day life and that to me, has been a truly humbling experience. The people are incredibly friendly and are equally committed in you as you are to yourself. It's certainly a unique and amazing experience! I'd definitely recommend the gym!
A terrific gym for fitness and muay thai and jiujitsu instruction. Martial arts at it's best.
I joined P4P on a recommendation from a friend and couldn't be happier with my decision The facility is great and the coaching staff are amazing. Whether you are training to fight or training for fitness, the instructors/coaches will work on your level. It's a very friendly environment and everyone is willing to help you out if you are having difficulty. They also have classes during the day, which a lot of other gyms don't. Enough old things can't be said about this gym! If you are looking to join a gym, look no further than P4P.

sincere concern and countless dedication for each of your little ninjas are obvious. This why P4P/Body of Four are in the top 5 for best supporting school for competing warriors and they are the top in Ontario and recently in Buffalo , this gym won the most points .
