I have been a client of P4P since January 2014. Since starting with P4P, I have gained strength and improved my posture, while also losing over 15 pounds and 4 inches around my waist. I have been very impressed with the P4P instructors passion to help their clients, their knowledge, and ability to connect. I have found them to be very attentive to my fitness needs, what my limits are, and how far they can push me. They encourage me and motivates me to do better, and yet they know how much I am capable of.

They are one of the best ways to start your day  

One of the best ways to start your day is to begin it with a workout bright and early in the morning. P4P's morning class gets you sweating and feeling good. P4P's classes work you hard, using a mixture of cardio as well as strength training. I highly recommend this class as well as other classes they teach. They are great instructors and not only do you learn a lot, you sweat a lot!

I highly recommend Pound 4 Pound for anyone  

The time I spent working with the P4P instructors was probably the most productive I've been during 15 years of passive training in different disciplines. Being one on one allowed me to ask questions that I never felt comfortable asking in group settings. This allowed my knowledge of boxing, conditioning, and nutrition to expand exponentially. I highly recommend P4P for anyone looking to begin, or improve they're fitness lifestyle. Above all else, how cool is it to say you've trained with a pro fighter?

I have encourage anyone who is interested in training to try P4P MMA  

I have been training at Pound 4 Pound MMA, Pickering since 2015. During this period I have been impressed not only with the quality of the instruction from the trainers but also the friendly atmosphere. The staff and trainers not only took the time to get to know me but to also understand my motivation for training. I have utilized both classes and Personal Trainers for Muay Thai and have participated in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes.

As a Veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces I have trained in several styles of Jiu-Jitsu in different parts of Ontario. Of all the Dojos I have been to P4P MMA is by far the best training club which I have experienced as there is no EGO and everyone pushes each other to do their best. At events the true comradeship is apparent as we support our fighters.

I have encourage anyone who is interested in training to try P4P MMA – I am sure you will be pleased with the outcome.

The P4P instructors are professional, dedicated and most importantly enthusiastic!!  

I started training at P4P in early 2015 for Muai Thai but since then we started circuit training, weight lifting and meal planning. The P4P instructors are professional, dedicated and most importantly enthusiastic!! They show a lot of knowledge and experience for their craft with every session and push you past your personal barriers. I would absolutely recommend P4P in a heartbeat.
