Kids Martial Arts Programs

Pound 4 Pound is pleased to offer a variety of Martial Arts classes for children of all ages and abilities. Bring your son or daughter in for a great workout in a friendly environment with their peers.

In our programs, kids will learn the elements of self-defense which is the teh number one reason kids want to learn Martial Arts. By working towards this goal they are taught self discipline, concentration, respect for themselves and others as well as comprehensive listening skills. All these traits are beneficial, not only during the formative years of their development, but throughout their lives.

Our new 10,000 sq-ft state of the art facility is a great place to try a Kids Boxing, Kids Muay Thai or Kids Jiu Jitsu and see what’s right for them.

KIDS THAI BOXING / KIDS MUAY THAI

Training in Muay Thai is an investment in your child’s future. From our youngest members to adults, we offer a fun, safe and positive learning environment where your child can develop self esteem, confidence, discipline and respect. All qualities needed for a successful and happy life.

KIDS JIU-JITSU

Kids Jiu Jitsu is taught in a non-competitive, inclusive environment. Teaching your child that they have a right to protect themselves will give them confidence to last a lifetime. Awareness is a skill that can be learned and is the most vital aspect in self defense!

KIDS BOXING

The Kids Boxing class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques such as; stance, guard, movement, jab, cross, hook. The class will help increases strength and improves endurance. The Kids Boxing class will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, pad work and core strengthening exercises. These skills will give kids self defense tools as well as self confidence while keeping them physically fit.

I am lucky to be able to work out at Pound 4 Pound  

I have been a client of P4P for over a year now. Not only do I meet with the P4P instructors for one on one sessions I also take part of his weekly fitness classes. Since starting with P4P, I have lost over 60 pounds and and seen a significant increase in my strength and endurance. Every time I meet with the P4P instructors they challenge me to push myself harder and because of this I able to meet goals I never thought possible. I am lucky to be able to work with the P4P instructors and am truly grateful they are a part of my weight loss journey.

Awesome gym hands down the best one around  

Awesome gym hands down the best one around. The classes are amazing they keep you learning and push you to your limit. The facility is great there are areas for weight-lifting, boxing bags, a bjj room, & even a ring. The staff is very motivational & friendly they make you feel right at home. This place is great for anyone of all levels from beginner to experienced fighters. Give this place a chance I guarantee that you will not regret it.

They encourage me and motivate me to do better  

I have been a client of P4P since January 2014. Since starting with P4P, I have gained strength and improved my posture, while also losing over 15 pounds and 4 inches around my waist. I have been very impressed with the P4P instructors passion to help their clients, their knowledge, and ability to connect.
