The Kids Boxing class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques such as; stance, guard, movement, jab, cross, hook. The class will help increases strength and improves endurance. The Kids Boxing class will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, pad work and core strengthening exercises. The Muay Thai classes lead by Kru Saj are very friendly and welcoming with no egos and everyone is just trying to help each other and improve daily making them hands down the best in town.
Kru Saj has a proven record of developing his Students to becoming both National and International Champions and many of them are now Coaches aswell in the gym helping to develop the next generation of champions.
The same applies to the BJJ classes lead by professor O’Neil, very friendly and welcoming with lots of veterans coaching the classes and assisting you in perfecting your skills and techniques. Professor O’Neil also has a excellent proven track record of developing his students into becoming both National and International Champions.
The strength and conditioning classes are awesome aswell no matter what level of shape you are in they will help you in achieving your fitness goals.

I have been a client of P4P for over a year now. Not only do I meet with the P4P instructors for one on one sessions I also take part of his weekly fitness classes. Since starting with P4P, I have lost over 60 pounds and and seen a significant increase in my strength and endurance. I have been "Sweating with P4P" now since near the beginning of 2013 and have been extremely pleased with my improved level of health and fitness. I was fairly fit when I first came to P4P but felt "stalled" in my quest to take my fitness to the next level. I have chosen to do a work-out session that involves half strength-training and half boxing. I find the boxing, not only a lot of fun, but very physically and mentally challenging. It is an intense cardio work-out that still has my gasping for breath most times! The P4P instructors change up my personal training sessions to keep things interesting, keep my body guessing and to ensure I don't get bored. I am no longer stalled in my fitness goals and have definitely noticed an increase in the toning of my body, my fitness abilities and have dropped a few of those stubborn pounds! The P4P instructors have taught me the proper way to work out and strength train so I am confident I am doing my works out properly and effectively when I'm forced to work out on my own at home. I have found the P4P instructors to be extremely reliable, conscientious, knowledgeable, professional and serious about assisting their clients in achieving their fitness goals. I brought my 12 year old son, Connor, to P4P to improve his fighting skills. I am very impressed with the P4P instructors. They give the training session their full attention and spend the session working on all aspects of the game. Connor's session with the P4P instructors not only involves strength training, conditioning and technique, but he receives many fighting tips that only a professional fighter could offer. The P4P instructors have a gift for working with kids and youth; they read the kids well, quickly determining their strengths and weaknesses. They don't coddle Connor but challenges him to put out the best effort possible. My son enjoys working with the P4P instructors and he has definitely grown in skill level, physical fitness, temperament and confidence. Whether you want better fitness or technique for you child, or even increased confidence and self-esteem, training with P4P is they way to go.
I joined P4P on a recommendation from a friend and couldn't be happier with my decision The facility is great and the coaching staff are amazing. Whether you are training to fight or training for fitness, the instructors/coaches will work on your level. It's a very friendly environment and everyone is willing to help you out if you are having difficulty. They also have classes during the day, which a lot of other gyms don't.
